Biodiversity Club
The Club Logo designed by Abjini Merin Roy. The Biodiversity club of Government College of Teacher Education, Thycaud was to be launched in March 2020, however, due to the unexpected COVID-19 lockdown initiated by the government, it had to be postponed to a further date. As the lockdown continued, the club conveners and members decided to conduct activities as much as possible in a virtual manner. The club name was fixed as ‘TELLURIANS’ meaning inhabitants of the Earth, an appropriate name for a biodiversity club. The chief aim of the club members was to educate the masses about the need for biodiversity. Therefore, the tagline, ‘ RESPECT. LOVE. PROTECT was designed to amplify this message for the conservation of the environment and her ecosystems. A logo bearing the club name and tagline was also designed by Abjini Merin Roy, I B.Ed.
