DAKSHA 2020
The highlight of G.C.T.E College Union, SARGAM’s activities was the organisation of DAKSHA 2020 – an intercollegiate fest spread over January 24, 25 and 28. The idea of this mega fest and its’ planning had started since late October 2019 while brainstorming about when and how to conduct the intercollegiate fests in a novel manner. The sweat and tears of many a student was behind the success of this event. DAKSHA was a new format introduced to B.Ed training institutes – a combination of sports, brains, entertainment and let’s not forgot food! A promotional video made by one of our students was released prior to the fest DAKSHA involved six events which included two sport competitions – Football ( Kick Off 2020 ) and Cricket ( Master Blasters ), a Quiz ( Jignyasa ), Science Exhibition ( Paryaveshan ), Film Fest ( Celluloid ) and Food fest ( Mammamia ).
